Can we break down daily Post, Reply, Retweet

It seems like everyone is posting 30+ on your site and it is not reasonable, I looked up some of them they only post 6-8 per day now..

I think your data currently mixed with post, reply and retweet. would love to learn the break down to better help me understand how to regrow
